Hip Hop Garden - Freedom Now

Hip Hop Garden is an award-winning, innovative education model, working with young refugees and asylum seekers to connect with nature in urban environments, address their traumas, improve their physical and mental health and learn tangible skills such as food growing, music production, green enterprise, to transform their lives financially and socially. This past year we've delivered our programme in partnership with Choose Love, reaching dozens of young people across South London. 

All money raised from the track will towards supporting more young people into 2020.
